Through mindful walking, guided breathwork, and shared moments of reflection, you'll have the opportunity to pause, recharge, and simply be present. Whether you're continuing your wellness journey after one of our retreats or joining The Circle of Wellness for the first time, Walk Within offers a welcoming space where everyone can experience the healing power of nature, movement, breath, and community.

Do I need previous mindfulness experience?

Not at all. Walk Within is open to everyone, regardless of experience.

 

How long is the walk?

Approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

 

Is the walk physically demanding?

No. We walk at a gentle, comfortable pace with opportunities to pause throughout the experience.

 

What should I bring?

• Comfortable walking shoes

• Weather-appropriate clothing

• Water bottle

• Journal (optional)

 

What happens if it rains?

If weather conditions are unsafe, participants will be notified of a new date.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many participants come on their own, and Walk Within is designed to create a welcoming, inclusive community.
