Look Within is an half-day wellness retreat designed for those who seek more than just rest but a deep reconnection to themselves. It is designed around the energy of midsummer abundance weaving together guided meditation, Essentrics movement, expressive art, and holistic wellness.

10:00 AM — Welcome & Opening Circle
Arrive, settle into the space, and gently transition out of your morning. Connect with others in a warm, supportive environment and set a personal intention to guide your experience for the day.
10:10 AM — Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork (with Marie Alexiou)
This all-levels session with Marie Alexiou is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself from the inside out. Drawing from Yin, Hatha, and Restorative yoga traditions, Marie creates a warm, accessible space where every body is welcome; whether you've never stepped on a mat or you've been practicing for years. Through intentional movement, guided meditation, and conscious breathwork, you'll gently release the tension you've been carrying, quiet the noise of a busy mind, and arrive fully into the present moment.
11:00 AM — Essentrics Movement (with Dejah Laudi)
This energizing morning session with Dejah Laudi, certified Level 4 Essentrics instructor, is designed to awaken your entire body from the inside out. Essentrics is a dynamic full-body rebalancing practice that simultaneously strengthens and releases every muscle chain, leaving you feeling longer, freer, and more alive in your own skin. Inspired by ballet, tai chi, and therapeutic movement, this session improves mobility, boosts circulation, and leaves you feeling energized, rebalanced, and fully alive in your body.
11:40 AM — Nourishment Break 🍵
Take a mindful pause to rest, hydrate, and nourish yourself. A moment to integrate the morning’s practices and recharge before moving into the next experience.
12:00 PM — Art Expression Workshop (with Agathe de Broucker, MA., & Marina Crosbie, MA.)
Some things can't be said with words, but they can be painted, moved, and felt.
This one-of-a-kind group workshop, led by art therapist Marina Crosbie and drama therapist Agathe de Broucker, creates a rare and sacred space to slow down, turn inward, and explore your inner landscape through reflection and creativity. Through a series of guided creative exercises, and a closing group sharing circle held in a safe, non-judgmental space, you'll begin to untangle what's been living beneath the surface and reconnect with your deepest aspirations for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
No artistic experience needed. No performance required. Just you, showing up honestly for yourself.
You'll leave with something you created, a sense of clarity you may not have expected, and a feeling of being truly seen by others, and by yourself.
1:00 PM — Holistic Wellness Session (with Dina Merhbi)
From Overwhelmed to Aligned: The Nervous System Reset You Didn’t Know You Needed
As we enter a new season, this workshop invites participants to reset from within by understanding the powerful role their nervous system plays in shaping their energy, emotions, and daily behaviors.
When the body is dysregulated, it can lead to stress, burnout, cravings, and feeling stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who we want to be. But when we learn to feel safe internally, everything begins to shift.
Through interactive exercises and simple regulation techniques, participants will learn how to move from overwhelm to control, reconnect with their inner state, and create a more aligned, energized way of living.
You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately and a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to feel good, think clearly, and show up fully.
1:45 PM — Closing Circle & Farewell
Come together for a final moment of reflection and integration. Share insights, honor your experience, and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and connected, ready to carry this energy with you beyond the day.
Please bring your yoga mat. We will take care of the rest.

Marie Alexiou
Yoga Instructor
Marie has made yoga an integral part of her life since 2020, when she began practicing it as a tool to improve her mental health. Since then, she has continued to learn and develop her passion for yoga and has loved creating spaces that guide us all towards a path of compassion and kindness. Having taken several trainings with Melanie Richards of Happy Tree Yoga, as well as additional online trainings with Sarovara Yoga and with Little Lotus Yoga, Marie has deepened her knowledge on various styles of yoga, and merged over a decade of experience working with children in schools, to create a warm and accessible space for all. Marie enjoys connecting with diverse people of all ages and sharing what she has learned about this healing modality.

Dejah Laudi
Essentric Instructor
Dejah Laudi is a certified Level 4 Essentrics instructor, bringing both expertise and passion to every class she leads. Trained in Essentrics (also known as Classical Stretch), Dejah specializes in this gentle yet powerful full-body movement practice that simultaneously strengthens, stretches, and tones every muscle and joint. Her sessions are designed to increase flexibility and mobility, improve posture, and relieve chronic pain - making movement accessible and transformative for every body, at every level. With a teaching approach rooted in inclusivity and care, Dejah creates a welcoming space where participants feel supported to move at their own pace and reconnect with what their body truly needs.
