This space was created from something I’ve come to know deeply:

We’re not meant to move through life feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or alone. After years of working closely with individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through growth, awareness, and meaningful change, I began to notice something that stayed with me. Even with support, many still felt a quiet sense of disconnection and alone. In the last few years, I felt called to create something more than one-on-one work, something that extends beyond a few sessions. A space where people can come together, feel held, and experience transformation in connection with others. A space to slow down, to return to yourself, and grow together.

Circle of Wellness was created as an ecosystem of care where movement, mindfulness, and holistic practices come together to support not only how you feel in a moment, but how you live every day. This is a space designed with intention where connection feels natural and transformation is not rushed but deeply lived.
