60-Minute Guided Mindful Walk
Begin the morning with a gentle guided walk through the beautiful trails of Mount Royal Park. Along the way, you'll be invited to slow down, reconnect with nature, and practice mindfulness through moments of reflection and presence.
40-Minute Guided Breathwork Session
Led by one of our experienced yoga instructors, this calming breathwork practice will help regulate your nervous system, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
20-Minute Reflection Circle & Community Connection
End the experience with meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.
Healthy Drink & Light Snack
We'll close the experience with a healthy drink and light snack, while building community.
